The Emma takes a classic, beloved flavor and marries it with the two kinds of amazing chocolate to deliver a sophisticated Malt Shop experience in a big, beautiful cookie. A touch of flaky sea salt adds a satisfying edge to its sweetness.

Inspired by a recipe in my mother’s personal cookbook and named in honor of her, the Emma is just a tiny glimpse into the legacy of great cooking she left me.
